The Rules of Keno

Posted by admin in Gambling, Keno on 12 23rd, 2009 | no responses

Keno was seen first in China many, many years ago and is similar to the Lotto. It was not till the 1800s that the Chinese brought this game to the USA when they came to work the mines and on the railroads. It is a very easy game to play and you can win big with just a small wager.
The Rules of KenoGenerally, you find Keno in lounges that are set up just for this game and you will also notice “keno runners” who can take you bets and return with your winnings if you are not in the lounge its self. With this game you chose a minimum of four numbers up to, but not more than ten numbers with each number falling between one and eighty.
All you do is mark the numbers you chose and give it to the clerk along with your bet. Winning numbers are drawn at random from a barrel that holds eighty numbered balls. Results of this draw of numbers is shown on a screen that is easily viewed. Minimum bets can be as low as five cents but are usually one dollar for each bet. For more information, look for the Keno brochure which are offered everywhere.
